Concert for Charice here in Texas

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Ed Libranda and I am a community leader here in Houston, Texas since 1986 and I work now as a concert producer and promoter since 1990.

I am interested in promoting Charice's Concert here in Texas especially in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and in the Valley. I need to know whom to approach to effect her concert here in Texas. I am more than willing to travel anywhere to sign contract with Charice Manager.

I would appreciate it very much any information in this regard.
