We asked Charice to reflect upon her experience of performing on The Oprah Winfrey Show. In a special message, she says:
Hello Chasters and fans! Doing Oprah and recording Note to God was one of the most amazing moments of my life. That was the first song ever written for me – a dream come true. Not only that, but to be written and produced by David Foster and Diane Warren! Also, to debut it on Oprah was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew I had to deliver and nail it for Oprah and the viewers - I dug deep down and put every bit of energy into it. It was one of the most magical moments of my life.

Hi Charice, it's me again. You know what, we have the same nickname...I actually got it from my husband, who, rather than call me sweetheart called me Ming as his term of endearment to me. Anyways, I am a follower of the other local network, you know. I heard of you through our household helper who is an avid follower of your home/local network. At that time, your name has been buzzing on youtube due to your awesome performance at Starking. But I happened to hear you sing at Ellen, that totally made me glued to you eversince. I always wish you the best, like your mom, I would be totally blessed to have you for my daughter. Your humility is so contagious, that people who sees you, like I do, gets the goosebumps and tends to put you more on a pedestal. God has been so good to you, His love is overflowing. We love you too!

Was NOte to God really written for you? I am just confused because Note To God was already recorded by Jojo (2006 The High Road album). ALso Bianca Ryan made a rendition of this song in TBN last Aug 2008.
Nevertheless whether this was composed for you or not I want you to know that you owned the song, it really touched my heart and you gave justice to the message of the song. I can't wait for your album to be released. I heard it's really good.. Breathe Out, In this song and also Fingerprint, this time I know this is all yours.

a piece of advice though: the next time you perform, please acknowledge everyone in the audience not only the filipinos.=D remember that everyone in that audience spend their hard earned dollars to see you because of your talent and your beautiful voice not because you're filip.. please be tactful. they all appreciate you, please appreciate them back. all of them. by the way, your NTG performance was amazing and very heartfelt. you were great.

"Note to God" was AMAZING! I cannot WAIT to buy your albumn and hopefully hear you in concert. There is a venue close-by (Choctaw Colliseum, Durant, TX)...if you ever wanna stop in and do a number ;) I'm sure you will be well booked, so I doubt you'll make it to my "neck of the woods". lol. Your performance on Oprah was the most emotional and breathtaking performance I've seen. It's amazing how were you able to give an excellent performance while holding back tears. I don't think there's someone who can do what you've done. Now my neck is long in wait for your int'l debut album. I wish you all the best!

Words cannot express your Tour de Force performace of Note to God on Oprah. I was glued to my seat not BREATHING until it was over and when it was, it left me wanting MORE! You poured everything you had and then some in that performance and it showed! That song took on a life of its own with your HEART WARMING, MONSTER vocals and NOBODY else will be able to duplicate it. I even taped it so I can see it again when I want to. I can't wait for your album to come out! I just KNOW that it will be a #1 HIT for you! God has given you the gift of song with your ANGELIC voice and I thank you and HIM from the bottom of my heart for sharing it with us. Take care of yourself and God Bless!

Good or bad, I've always prided myself on being emotionally withdrawn, but I have to say that every time I watch you perform, you break me DOWN (and I don't mind). You are absolutely beautiful and have a voice that was made by God expressly for you. Your peformance on Oprah was breathtaking. You put everything you had into that song. I felt and heard your sincerity, compassion, and years of wisdom through your voice. I wish you and your mother all the best this world has to offer.
